Donate money to purchase items for the silent auction, raffle, and Kiddie Corral! Any amount - even $1 helps!
Solicit Items from the Community
One way you can contribute to the event is to solicit and request auction items donations from local businesses. Simply download our solicitation letter and Tax ID and ask for a donation!
Suggested items to request:
Restaurant gift cards
Movie gift cards
Beauty gift certificates (hair, nails, facials, etc.)
Starbucks coffee! (You can get request a donation from each location!)
Once you collect donations, please fill out our donation form and then get the item to Kelli or Brenda by January 31, 2027.

Buy items for Themed baskets – use your imagination and get creative!
Example: Italian Night (gourmet pasta and sauces, Italian cookbook, red checkered napkins)

Items received after January 31 may not be included in the auction. Due to the busy event schedule, bid sheets are printed and auction preparations begin in advance. We encourage early submissions to ensure your items are included.
